Terms and Conditions

Deposit
1. 40% payment to secure your booking.
2. Deposit is non-refundable.

Payment
1. Full payment is due 45 days before your departure date.
2. Payment is non-refundable.
3. We take no responsibility for cancellations due to any external disturbances or changes to personal cicumstances such as political, environmental, illness, family/work issues or any other unexpected situation which may occur that is beyond our control.

Travel insurance
1. Travel insurance is mandatory. We will not receive any visitors without proof of current travel insurance.

Passport and VISA
1. Passport needs to be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
2. Thirty (30) day VISA on arrival (USD $25) must be obtained when entering Indonesia.

Responsibility
We at Kingfisher Bay Resort/ CV Matahari Terbenam take no responsibility or liability for any illness, injury, loss or damage to property, accident or expense due to association or activities partaken on Kingfisher Bay Resort premises or at the service of our staff.
